Wow! Not bad, I wish could run a bit faster although other than that it is a very solid game! I enjoyed it, it reminded me of the first Call of Duty and Medal of Honor Games. Lots of nostalgia. I think later I might upload a video on my YouTube channel about this game. It depends on how fast my internet is though.

That's very unfortunate, I'm afraid I can't provide a better solution for now. The best you could do is maybe try to download DirectX9 from Microsoft's page and hope it doesn't need administrator permission: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34429

For some reason it doesnt open when I click on the exe.
I’m sorry to hear that, have you tried running it as administrator and in Windows XP compatibility mode? This game is a little sensitive to stuff
